Yeah so huh, title doesn't say so much but here's my question, is there any danger if I plug my iPod Touch and my IPod Nano on my computer at the same time using USB cases for each and using itunes?can it make them go KABOOM!?

Your computer will explode. Apple never thought people can afford 2 iPods.

    It's all good.

No. iTunes will simply recognise both.

Yes, I have a nano and touch, when I got my nano, I plugged them in simultaneously.

They won't interfere with each other, so plug away

Yeah as long as your two devices have different names you can sync two at a time.
