First idea is a text to speech app like on windows. Multiple voices would be cool.

Second is a platform game maker app. Just take a mario level and let people draw the hero/enemies/boss. The actual hit test is an invisible box to make sure people don't make super small enimies. If you wanted to get really into it you could let people draw the buttons.

    EDIT:
New idea, a trading card game with online battles, updates could include new cards, and everyday you get three random new cards.

i like the thing with the card game and the text-to-speech sounds funny like for a bet- "who can stop talking for the longest time?"

There are online test to speech editors, try those on your ipod first:

For the platform maker, it would be a good idea, but limited if what you are saying was made, because just designing an enemy in the same level over and over would be really boring

but if there was a level designer, then you'd be getting somewhere.
