Is it possibly because they're cracked?

EDIT: Oh right, you upgraded to 2.1 and lost them? I thought you meant you upgraded to 2.1, copied them across and then they no longer show up.

Try resetting a few times, and make sure the app folders and the files in them have CHMOD 777 permissions.

    Beyond permissions, for the record:

Are they in /private/var/stash/Applications.xxxxxx or /private/var/mobile/Applications? THey have to be in the first one if you want them as jailbroken apps, and they have to have +777 permissions on everything. And for MobileFinder, you need to have /private/var/mobile/Documents created and set with +777 permissions.

What does 1.1.whatever mean to you? Apps from 1.1.1, 1.1.2, 1.1.3, 1.1.4 and 1.1.5 won't work on 2.X, frameworks changed.
