    ok so I have tried:

customize....... that doesn't even download the files to apply.
winterboard.... doesn't apply all icons or the dock.

I am just up against a wall banging my head to find a way that works but I cant find a way to get themes working properly.

1.1.4 was soo easy to skin, I had my own theme made up and everything and it worked perfect when downloaded off customize servers

When i use Winterboard it works..But the music and video icons do NOT change, great!

why don't you just apply the files manually? I know most of the application icons and various system images aren't too difficult to find, and there's probably a directory-like page that shows the file locations

Are you sure you have the music and video icons named correctly? (in winterboard)

I dont even know the proper namings and folders (if needed), I have looked but I couldn't find anything that gave the correct way to have themes on the touch.
