Okay, I've read all the How To's on windows jailbreaking and just wanted to confim that i'm going to do this right. I currently have a non-jailbroken iPod Touch 2.0

#1. Download iTunes 7.5 and downgade iPod Touch from 2.0 to 1.1.4
#2. Download winpwn and pwn my 1.1.4 restored iPod.
#3. Download iTunes 7.7 and update+shift my iPod Touch to 2.0 with iThor's custom iPod Firmware.

Please let me know if there are any mistakes before jailbreaking.

However, there's a problem. I can't open iTunes. I get this error that says "The file ' i Tunes Library.itl ' cannot be read because it was created by a newer version of iTunes". How do I open iTunes?

Well. It still won't restore to 1.1.4 in itunes 7.5. Was I supposed to downgrade to 1.1.4 in itunes 7.7? I've gotten errors 1 and 5..

    Download the program ziphone..

Use ziphone to boot the ipod into "DFU" mode.

Then restore in itunes to 1.1.4
