    hey everyone.

I have an iPhone on 1.1.4. Want to upgrade to 2.0, however i want a promising way to backup all my stuff:

    1. Contacts (most important)
    2. Applications
    3. Sources (i guess if i back these up i can get my apps back easily, just have to install them again, which i don't mind)
    4. Themes

That's about it. Could someone kindly tell me how to do each one, would greatly appreciate it!

    thanks in advance.

well if your on mac you can backup all your contacts though itunes i dont now about windows sorry and you will not be able to install the third party apps from 1.1.4 on the new 2.0 firmware the apps need coding again. so you do not need your sources but still if you do want the sources backed up just type them into notepad and save it in your computer

    takes too long??

you choose what you want to back up... just check sources and it will only back them up. If a minute or two takes too long, I feel very sorry for you.
