2.0 decryption

    hey if any one knows a simple sort of noobish way that i can go about decrypting firmware 2.0 on a windows machine? Thanks

    I don't have 2.0 on my ipod yet because winpwn hasnt come out yet so thats not really an option

    Head over to the iphoneelite google page and download vfdecrypt then find the key, Then learn how to use vfdecrypt then obtain 2.0, then decrypt. So yea, there isn't really a super simple way

    ok thats what i thought so i already have all that but when i use vfdecrypt do i just compile the vfdecrypt.c and then enter the key or do i go about some other method?

    First of all having the firmware is illegal. Then decrypting it is also but who cares.

    And lol you didn't even mention the key....

    Just stop talking about it now.

    With Pwnage tool, you don't need to decrypt it.

    That is all I am going to say.
