How do you create multiple calendars in the new 2.1 firmware? On the Apple website it says that the new ipod touches can do that but i can't figure out how to do it in my 1st GEN ipod touch updated to 2.1 firmware. Is it only for the 2nd GEN ipod touches? Anyone?

    or

    "Add events.
Keep your schedule at your fingertips with iPod touch. Add events to your calendar. Set a custom alert. Write a note or two. Manage multiple color-coded calendars. All with a few taps."

I can do this on 2.0.2. You need to set up the calendars in iCal and then sync them to your iPod. Then, when you add a new calendar event on your iPod, you will be able to select which calendar to add it to. The only thing I have not been able to figure out is how to make the colors on the iPod match the ones in iCal.

You've been able to do this since 2.0. So he's asking why are you just learning about an "old" feature.

I already knew you could do this since 2.0.

Good for you. He was asking the original poster however, not you.

I thought that was fairly obvious but apparently not.
