    Yes, actually if you edit some files toss around some stuff, maybe you can bug it to run ios4 at an excruciatingly slow speed

    I agree with iBricked. I looked it up, someone actually managed to get 4.0 on 16gb 1st gen, but it said that to unlock, it takes 30 seconds after u slide, and apps are impossible to run.

    No. Anyone who said they got it to work is lying. Its not as simple as editing a few files and hoping for the best.
