    (This Nano, not the others).

So, I found my old Nano in my room just now. Anyway, I went to put it on, and it didn't turn on. I figure the battery is dead. I plugged it into my iHome, and it started to play, but the screen stayed white.

Any idea what I can do to fix this? I could use this Nano as an extra iPod if I were to figure out how to fix it. (Chances are the screen is broken though, correct?)

As the holiday goes, thanks for the help

lol the same thing happened to me but it was because i left my car window open overnight when it was raining, and the ipod was on the passenger side seat. it turned on, then i pressed play, and it went white until the battery died.

its sitting in my car right now. I kinda forgot about it. i think ill check it out now. Probably water damage. The seat and side panels were all wet, and i had a bunch of books and stuff under the seat and it all got messed up. i was in a hurry to go to the bathroom when i got home from work.

But for your nano, you could try to restore it, or try connecting it to itunes.
if it is the screen then you can buy another one:

but i dont think you wanna spend any money on it because its really not worth it.
