    Anyways, I just sold my iPhone for 350. 325 for the new 16GB in black and 50 cheeseburgers.

    You dont need the contract. Same as last time. Buy it, then when you sync it to iTunes, you have to activate it and buy a contract. Plus, the iPod Touhces are probably gonna go down in price, since they are giving them away for free, with a purchase of a Mac.

    Ill only buy if its unlockable or becomes pay as you go :p ;)
