112 sec boot time

    Stop turning your iPod off, just put it on standby. There's no need to turn it off really, it just wastes battery.

    It does waste more battery then just leaving it on standby all day. I usually only turned mine off only at night when it was sitting on the dock.

    Mine gets 15 second boot time
    much better than when it was jailbroken.

    well i only turn it off when i do a hard reboot

    I always go into standby. Once every week or 2 I do a full reboot, and it takes about 1 minute to a minute and a half. Before JB, boot was like 30 seconds. Small trade off in my opinion.

    Mine takes a long time. Deleting some apps and uninstalling some things that run all the time are the best way to shorten boot time.

    Who turns off the iPod. To shorten it. dont jailbreeak. or Restore to factory setting and rejailbreak and dont add many dylibs on the iPod.
