"Apple will ship 10's of Millions of Face Time devices in 2010"
Steve Jobs didn't say iPhone 4's he said Devices, does that mean the next iPod Touch could have the single or twin camera to be able to use Face Time?

MAybe, but it's still open ;] watch the deam keynote please, this is what i hate about it after Apple event, people watch Live blogs and skip importent information and as result there ton of speculation about things that they already explained on keynote

It is "open" as in open formate he pointed out different video standards so not open OS. If you were really looking at the keynote video. Apple is not going to give anything to other phone makers to use in there phones. That would be dumb.

    @ jmwerkus
the 3GS would be hard to use if you were to look at the side with the camera then you are not looking at the screen, not much of a video chat.

Apple will most likely use it like a mobile or Phone version of iChat. Window and linix can't use iChat but all Apple products can. Other wize companies like skipe would make there app use the camera for there video chating, and I think they will, then you will have iPhone to PC/Mac video chats...

But iChat already have video calls + not to mention it use XMPP, this wuld be nothing revolutionary. FaceTime uses telephone calls as a basis, thats major diffrence
