    Hi,
Unfortunately..i just found, from experience how to mess up your ipod pretty good.

1)Use categories to make a bunch of categories and put all your apps into catergories
    2) put all but one of the categories in to another
3)put that category into one of the categories inside it.
4)Wham..you are screwed cause you cant acess anything cause the folders are inside each other and none appear on you springboard or anything...

Now the step im up to:
5)ask for help on how to fix the problem without restoring your ipod

How can i fix this without restoring my ipod?

If you have SBSetting you can un-hide them
or SSH into the iPod edit the libhid.plist file

    1. SSH and remove the Categories Program and all of its files you can find?
    2. Find Cyder online and uninstall it that way.
    3. I can' think of anything else other than that.

Go to cydia and uninstall categories then reinstall it.
