After jailbreaking ipt4g with limera1n on mac:

    Installed the following cydia apps:
    lockinfo
    anyring
    simple background

Problem: Strange app behavior (all apps) Apps will open, but then only occupy the top right quadrant of the screen, almost as if the resolution was for the old ipod touch screens... any ideas?

Probably haven't been updated for the new resolution yet.

But the resolution isnt 1/4 higher. It's 1/2 so it wouldn't just be on a corner if the screen, it would be half and pixelated.

Maybe it's just not updated for 4.1 at all which causes bugs then.

Just go through the entire steps again. If that doesn't work then most likely it's the app itself having issues.

The resolution is 4x larger, 480x240 vs 960x480 if I remember correctly.
