Did you just jailbreak it? Because you need to unlock it.

    Easiest solution?

Restore the phone back to 2.1. Then use quickpwn to jailbreak and unlock the phone. Winpwn will install Boot neuter which will run after the jailbreak and unlock your iPhone.

The reason you can not unlock your iPhone now is because you need to now downgrade your baseband as I explained. No amount of jailbreaking (using what eve software) on 1.1.4 is going to unlock your iPhone.

If you wish to be on 1.1.4 you will need iTunes 7.5.

First, restore your iPhone to 2.1. Then follow my guide.
