"Not everybody browses around ifans.com 24/7" is true, but it is also true that everyone has a little button up at the top called "search". all that has to be done is type in 1.1.5 to find what has been said to those who have asked about it. this is a reoccurring problem with this forum, and is why tesla snapped about it. i personally don't blame him. on topic, i don't see any reason why apple would try working on 2.0 and 1.1.5 at the same time.
Apple won't release a 1.1.5 because there's no reason too. Even if there's a major bug, it all depends on how far it is away from the ETA of 2.0. Besides, we (as in jailbreakers) don't want 1.1.5 because then that will just cause more headaches. Yes, PWNage and WinPwn jailbreak 1.1.5 but the developers still have to update PWNage or WinPwn to accomodate 1.1.5
I can see them making a 1.1.5 if they need to prep for 2.0, if they don't need to. But if there is a 1.1.5, just don't update it, unless you don't want it jailbroken (for a while).
It would actually be pretty fun if they seeded a new update that had the new 8900 and img3 containers, then none of the pre-existing jailbreaks would work right away. Of course, both can already be decrypted using the hardware crypto, just in a different manner from older versions.
