1.1.4 JB Ziphone it doesn´t work

    Hi, I Installed the 1.1.4 JB using the Ziphone v2.6b my ipod its working OK

    all the functions but when I try to use the Keyboard on the Safary for the web pages, when I want to add a new source on the Installer or another function with the keyboard my ipod is freeze

    is neccesary restart brutally (Botton ON/Off and Home bottom)

    Hmm, that's strange. I've used the exact ZiPhone version you've claimed to have used, and have not gotten that problem, nor any other problems itself. You may have just got unlucky

    If it's a major bother ( Which I Assume It Is ) > Restore and Jailbreak again!

    Definitely just jailbreak again. As soon as your done, before you do anything else, open contacts and add one just so you can type around with the keyboard a bit. Just type some jibberish. Then try adding a source. Doesn't work 100% of the time, but quite often and has worked for me.

    But I say screw the Z and use iLiberty

    I used iLiberty, and had the same problem...

    Just rejailbreak, and do what Mike said, go into either Contacts or Safari FIRST, not anything else and the best thing you can do is type out all the letters on the keyboard. Then after that exit out of that and go into installer. Should be working fine (At least it worked for me )

    Did you give the iPod a new name or did you restore from an iTunes backup?
