i had the same problem. just hold the home button and connect it to ur computer. it should say connect to itunes, when it does let go of the home button. this will put your ipod in recovery mode. it will have to delete everything and restore it again. sucks, but its the only way to fix it.

You can get out of it without restoring! Use ZiPhone to kick it back into Normal Mode.

    try this

Crow - if you didn't get it to JB - try this
    WindowsXP SP2

    - when you get to the BSD...error/loop Assuming ziphone 2.5c is used

    :unplug the USB cable

:hold the Home button + Power button until the ipod shut-Off << release the power button but do NOT release the home Button

Please Register or Log in to view images

lug in the USB Cable while holding the home button >>> release when the apple logo appear on iPod - it should go in recovery mode

:now click the Jailbreak button on ziphone GUI (click it 2 or 3 times)

:now click the power button randomly (do NOT hold it down) and watch it JB

    :repeat if needed

This worked for me more than once - the times to be exact

oh I forgot - if you don't setup your iPod as new/new name, you may experience keyboard hanging
