1.1.3 Jailbreak + iPhone apps all in 1 package!

    Thats what I could say also.

    1) We need a new version of the installer!
    2) Don't use the Soft Reset or it will delete everything. (Don't Press Power/Sleep Button + Home Button) It will delete your 1.1.3.
    3) All the apps like Books apps need to be redone. Because I installed it with 1.1.3 but it does not work because there is no more /Private/Var/Root/Media it is now /Private/Var/Mobile/Media (They need to make thoses changes in Books, NES, gbaphone and a lot others that uses the Media Root folders.


    But I would like to say thanks to all the people working hard on this great project.

    Hey guys, I just wanted to update u becasue you havent heard from any of us in a few hours. we are in the process of testing the cleaner and the jailbreak is being temporarily delayed due to some fixable roadblocks. thanks!

    i dont know about anyone else, but earlier installer was crashing, and i download the "Installer.app.zip" file that was posted earlier, then i ssh'd into my ipod, deleted the installer that was already there, then replaced it with the download.

    and now customize works for me (well most of it, the manual reorder, and the hide apps thing doesnt work, but the change slider, and change strings works fine.)

    You guys are doing one hell of a Job! Even thought I did my update last night I have completely rest my iPod and I'm waiting for you guys to Finnish with the new update + cleaner!

    For some odd reason I couldn't get the mail app to work so I said "F*CK IT" and started over. I can only hope that once you guys get this up and going everything will work for me.

    Also to all of you guys that are freaking out about how long it takes.. Just be patient. Mine took 45-Min's last night but it did just what i wanted it to do. (well other then the mail app, but I think I was just to stupid to get it set up right.) So be kind to these guys!

    Keep us informed on when you guys are finished with everything.

    Mines going for about 2 hours now and have seen no signs of activity, The progress bar hasnt moved one bit the bar is under the "K" in Installing PacKage, is that where its supposed to be?

    Is anyone else having trouble with staying connected to the Internet? If I connect in preferences I can ssh into the iPod but as soon as I leave preferences to go into installer or safari the Internet disconnects...
