Note for OP: You should update the package to include pscp as well, that way you won't get people asking you why it doesn't work (because they don't have pscp installed in their PATH).

So basically this is just like the 1.1.2 jailbreak right?

    Haha, god damn.
Sorry everyone, let me do that.
I forgot to add the most important files.
    It's late. :)

Alright, well I ran the .bat file, followed the directions, and after a quick scroll of text it exited and absolutely nothing happened. I SSHed back into my Ipod and nothing has changed either. What gives?

so youre making all of this stuff to simplify jailbreaks, and giving all this advice, and you dont even have an iPod to test it on? how do you know if anything that youre saying or making will even work?

Redownload and extract, it will work now.
It's just late and I'm stupid.

I know it will work because it's just some simple command line work.
I set some variables and pass them through command line versions of SCP and SSH, so you don't even require WinSCP, Putty, etc.
    It runs everything for you.

    Hey guys,

I'm running the first jailbreak DevTeam released just a little while ago. I can confirm the upgrade downloads the iPod specific firmware (but man do I need to upgrade to a faster connection...). I'll post results either here or in the other thread going on about it.

Since my wifi is sh*t (dlink rulz), i'm going to download the firmware and change the script to read the file i upload to ipod and not from the web.
