    1.1.3 and SDK confirmed by Steve Jobs 1 min ago! even had a picture of it on the projector! itunes is no longer sitting all by itself over on the side of the screen, its in normal order like the rest of the apps.

    9:42 am iTunes Movie Rentals launches today in the U.S. International will launch later this year. Software updates for iPods and iTunes will be forthcoming

    $20 for this upgrade is a horrible dirty trick. I mean $400 for the unit, and now another $20 just for an upgrade that will just give you things that you can already get for free?! I like the product but hate the schemes of this company...

    I like that, More Illegal. LOL It was illegal for you to have them in the first place, or at least some of them. I am not dis'ing JBing but you do realize that you have copyrighted material in the form of some of the apps you loaded onto the Touch.

    I think the $20 is a crock and we should all let Apple know that. I do like the fact that they are supporting applications on the Touch as an approved and legal practice but charging first gen owners to get it is not right, IMHO.
