I have had 1.1.1 forever. Now most apps require 1.1.3/4 so i want to upgrade without restoring! I hate that crap! u have to get everything back one at a time! And i did that yesterday and have been working nonstop to get them back

Well your post makes no sense. It's no clear if you are actually on 1.1.1 or have gone to 1.1.4. No you can not just go from 1.1.1 to 1.1.4 without restoring and losing your apps. If you need a guide PM me with contact infor and I will email it to you.

Hey. If i just hit update to 1.1.4 on itunes will it erase my stuff? There is also an automatic jailbreak from 1.1.1 to 1.1.4 on installer. If i were to use that would it delete my stuff? sorry for the semi stupid questions

Do not use the automatic one! Just hit restore on iTunes and get a fresh 1.1.4 firmware and the go from there. Anytime you restore it will remove everything but if it's synced with iTunes you can resync them.
