if you upgrade from 1.1.1 to 1.1.2 you lose everything you jailbroke and it is just a 1.1.2 fireware, unless you want to jailbreak 1.1.2 than just follow the hundreds of guides around this website.

Before you can upgrade to 1.1.2, you need to install Oktoprep (from the Installer). After that, you can just follow this guide: http://www.ifans.com/forums/showthread.php?t=8678

1.1.2 is faster than 1.1.1, and includes a battery icon for iTunes. Not a critical update, but the improved speed is nice.
