I never installed any tweaks that I summarized.

Uninstalling tweaks works too.

On my 4S, even after uninstalling it would still affect it. I know I would be able to go in the system and manually remove what's left behind, but I just don't want to. So I restore :p Now I use no tweaks I don't need.

They must leave behind dependencies. Check SBSetting MS add-ons and disable em'.

Well I already restored, but nothing was there before. I would test out but I don't feel like restoring xD

Some aren't MS add-ons though. Check in Cydia installed packages.

I only had things like NoLockscreenClock and ScrollingBoard. I used to use a lot of visual tweaks that used MS.

Scrolling board has add-ons that don't uninstall with Scrollingboard.
