It's a Notification Center widget for twitter that has some really special features. WeeLoader is a loader for Notification Center widgets (also called WeeApps).

How do I install WeeLoader?

Search for it in Cydia. After installing it, you'll have to enable QuickCom under Notifications in Settings.

Must have been pulled. Plus, there are no downloads on the GitHub.
