      Is bypassing a UDID activation still frowned upon? I was thinking about writing a guide for those who can legally access the beta IPSW.

        Well, nobody who has to bypass activation can legally access the IPSW...so I think not. We would get too many people asking about acquiring the IPSW and other legal grey areas.

      Okay so. I need some help. I need to know how to change the name and the picture of an app on my IPhone 4. The name of the app is "Invisible Text" I don't know if the name matters but yeah. If you could help me out it would be muchly appreciated. Thanks.

        Um okay the icon "Icon@2x.png" is not there. And I found everything to change the name perfectly. And it all worked fine untill I tired to open the app. For the app would not open.

        The icon may be named something else, try changing all "icon" images but maintain their sizes. I don't know why it won't open...try changing the name back, then does it open?

      Do you know what "Itunes mode" is? Redsn0w keeps asking for it to be there however its not dfu mode, recovery mode or normal mode so I don't know what else to put it in.

        I'm pretty sure it's Recovery Mode. If redsn0w isn't detecting your device in Recovery Mode or normal mode, try Absinthe 2.0.4.
