Not really sure... I know a hole in Apple's firmware/ device has to be found, and then you have to be able to exploit it (install what is needed to be jailbroken). Then you have to write the software for it, and bundle it all up with a GUI that is easy enough to use. It's pretty complicated.
I don't know, they just haven't been updating anybody on it. I've started to think that we may not see it, at least for a while longer than they say.
Idk. Normal dev team was, but they decided not to release it until after 4th gen iPhone is released. And the Chronic Dev Team is looking more and more lime a joke, with greenpois0n.
