I could certainly do that! :D To align them, just simply download iBlank from Cydia and BlankNull. Then put your four icons you as top ones. Then, create 8 blank icons in iBlank and put themin the next two rows, then put your last four bottom icons, and they should align to the Overlay, (the black rows where the text should be).
To move an icon form the top to the bottom, you would have to make a whole new icon because the icons have to be different to be either at the top or bottom. I could ceratinly make you a notes icon, top or bottom? :)
Ok, I understand that the icons are the text. How can I re-arrange the icons? Like move App Store to the bottom etc.
I don't quite get what you mean. The icons ARE the text! The theme is called Delnoch and it has a whole thread in the Customization section to itself. I would recommend downloading the Starter Kit to get you started. It includes a PSD which is a Photoshop template to make your own icons which is as simple as editing the text. If you don't have Photoshop or have problems, shoot me a PM or message and I'll gladly make some icons for you! I might not reply right away with school and all, I've been less active on the forums.
