You need to inject the iBSS211.dfu into the iPod using iRecovery. Use this command:

iRecovery.exe -f iBSS211.dfu

Unplug your iPod for ten seconds, then plug it back in. Your screen will go white, and you should be able to open iTunes and restore to the patched firmware normally.
