I believe it is. It's only $30 on the MAS. I think I'm getting it because PS CS3 won't recognize my .NEF, and I really don't want to pay the $500 for CS5. (I got a D3100 BTW :D) I really just need it for the RAW editor, then I can do the other things in PS if I need to. You can check my thread if you want.
