  no,the reason everyone is so happy that bluetooth may be avalibal is that it would meen we could connect to other bluetooth devices (phones,bluetooth headsets,computers,anything that uses bluetooth) and transfer files. It would be very good for bluetooth headsets because you wouldent have to have a BT dongal on your touch all the time.
  
  It is possibal to get internet over bluetooth but you need to connect to a phone to do it. So yes you could bet internet anywhere your 3g bluetooth compatibal phone has coverage. but remember bluetooth is different to wifi.
