It depends on the kernel. kernels for my device have some custom governors that are specific to my device (Darkside governor), and there are some rare new governors popping up. Since the governors vary, what governors do you have listed in SetCPU?

An SD Card like that won't come cheap. Look for a Class 6 or a Class 10 (I suggest the Class 10, but if you wanna save a few bucks then Class 6) and make sure the manufacturer is SanDisk. They may overprice their products a bit, but it's well worth it. Samsung is nice too.
