Yep, and i managed to jailbreak it, it was just proper dfu timing.

I'll take it to the Apple store since technically it was never jb, if that fails then i might take your offer.

Is 50 your best offer, and what would you do with it anyways?

i have tried using that (morpheys quickpwn) i have seriously tried every quickpwn ever...
I have morpheys and morpheys 2 but neither work. If i use them and ipod is not in recovery it gets to the bit about waiting to detect in recovery and it never does realize its in it, and if i start quickpwn in recovery it starts at hold home button but the process always fails. This is bs!
      ill try with morpheys again...

:O lmao i thought itunes 8 was the problem not solution.
I am having a sht load of trouble atm i cannot jailbreak this to save myself.
Im not generally a noob lol and have had 2.02 done be4 but it doesnt work atm. I get to the dfu mode part and it goes into dfu mode but tells me it failed (faulty usb or some bs - thats not the case)
ill try again with itunes 8 but im not confident :(

"If you can get to settings then there is a way which I can show you."

Whats the method of unhiding applications from Settings? Just wondering. :D
