I hope it's not too personal, but I must ask. Why did you get a 64GB iPad lol? That's just huge and there's no reason to spend $700 (as much as my computer :p ) for that lol.

It is impossible for any AppStore application to control the Bluetooth volume. That is handled solely by the OS. As an application, the only things devs can change are the "sound" channel volume (ie, games and such) and the master volume (either indirectly or, less commonly, directly). Not a whole lot of effort has been put into getting any sound "stuff" done on the jailbreak scene; which is mostly because of the difficulty (being about on par with jailbroken bluetooth work). This is the reason you don't see things such as graphic equalizers in any applications.
