Right, first of all open up notepad. Type in something completely random made up of letters and numbers e.g. HOIh98ty897Tujuiiu7657856dhidIOHuqdg etc. Then change your IPTF password to it.
Once you've done that, visit http://www.futureme.org/ and put the password in there, and tell it to email you on 1st Sept.
Then, if you wish, change the email address associated with your IPTF address so you can't use the forgot your password feature.
Log out.

I also strongly recommend against acting out and getting banned. It's a good exercise in self control to simply log out and not come back until you're ready. Good luck!
