Thread Spotlight: What do you think of the Moto G?

Moto GiFans forum member iHaxor writes:

So I’m getting my  Moto G tomorrow. And I wanted to know what program to use, if there is one, to root it. Also, what’s your opinion on the Moto G?

For those unfamiliar, the Moto G was released last November with an emphasis towards developing markets. The low-cost smartphone features a 4.5-inch screen, 1.2 GHz quad-core Cortex A7 processor, 1 GB RAM, a 2,700 mAh battery, up to 16 GB of internal storage and more. It can be considered as the less-expensive option over the flagship Moto X smartphone.

One of my personal favorite games on iOS for the past four years is now available on Android. The game is available for $2.99, and is worth every penny — it’s downright fun. It’s compatible with both phones and tablets, and if you’ve got an Android device, check it out.

Thread Spotlight: 2014 HTC One Discussion

HTC One blackiFans forum member Tatanko writes:

Anyone else excited about this phone? The original One was a very handsome phone and raised the bar for Android device design. I would argue that few phones look as good, with the exceptions being the metal-bodied iPhone 5/5S, the Nexus 5′s simple but suave soft-touch plastic body, and perhaps Sony’s elegant square Xperia models.

The next-generation HTC One is expected to be unveiled in late March, possibly with a 2.3 GHz quad-core Snapdragon processor, 5-inch 1080p display, 2 GB RAM, UltraPixel rear-facing camera and Android 4.4 KitKat. Does this smartphone make your wishlist this year?
