iOS 7.1 beta 2 released, here’s what’s new

Apple has pushed another beta version of iOS 7.1 to developers today, adding a variety of features that will hopefully continue on the iOS 7.1 trend of improving on Apple’s initial iOS 7 release. If you click over to the comments, you’ll find a discussion covering exactly what’s new, including faster animations, new accessibility features and more. -If no music is playing, you can now tap “Music” in Control Center to access your music.

 

-”Dark Keyboard” has been removed (possibly temporarily) from Accessibility settings

-Animations system-wide are drastically faster

-Parallax performance has improved

-Control Center has a new animation:

-Passcode and fingerprint settings moved to main Settings page (thanks iMario!):

-List view in Calendar.app:

-You can now enable shaded buttons so that you know where to tap:

-A new iPad wallpaper is now available in Settings.app on the iPad
