Day One receives iOS 7 update, now makes use of motion data

dayone journal app

Day One, a journaling app that is the best of its breed on iOS, received an iOS 7 update yesterday. Included in the update is a redesign, which brings the app into the flat design fold that iOS 7 introduced. Additionally, the app is now 64-bit, and makes use of the M7 motion co-processor to enable users to record their number of steps for any given day. There are also various feature enhancements, particularly on the journal entry screen, that make the app far more useful.

This update makes a fantastic app even better. If you are looking for a way to make an electronic, private journal, look no further.
