How is Mavericks, Apple’s latest operating system?

Mavericks has been available for roughly two weeks. During that time, the latest release of OS X has seen positive reviews, but also a fair amount of criticism. While most praise the OS as being noticeably faster and better on battery life across the board, there are also bugs — particularly in — and in other places throughout the OS.

Personally, Mavericks has been fantastic in my use. I’ve been impressed both with battery life, and with general performance: my Mac seems faster. I’ve also, surprisingly, found tags in the Finder and in iCloud to be of significant use.

What are your experiences with the ninth version of OS X?
