Today is a momentous occasion. Following an update to the Apple Store app last month, the Cupertino corporation has now added its first bit of free content – available only to those who use the app.
The content is supposed to range from iBookstore books, to iTunes songs, to App Store apps, and you can only get them if you use the Apple Store app. Apple hopes, in doing this, that you will also use said app to purchase Apple products – it’s probably part of Tim Cook’s plan to sell more iPhones retail.
As you can see above, the first giveaway is a fun puzzle game called “Color Zen.” Find it by visiting pages for your individual retail store within the app. It’s normally $0.99, but you can get it free via the Apple Store app until August 27th.
