You can also login with your Apple ID to have quick access to all your currently registered devices. If you can’t find a solution to your problem, you can fill out a quick web-form, and expect to receive a response in 48 hours.
Since Express Lane is completely self-contained, it will be especially useful for less tech-savvy users, who may find navigating the minefield of support pages overwhelming.
