Apple Simplifies Support with Express Lane

Apple has just released Express Lane, a streamlined troubleshooting service to make fixing your device much more simple. It’s broken down into three columns to easily narrow your search, so you don’t have to jump from link to link trying to find a solution. You can also login with your Apple ID to have quick access to all your currently registered devices. If you can’t find a solution to your problem, you can fill out a quick web-form, and expect to receive a response in 48 hours.

Since Express Lane is completely self-contained, it will be especially useful for less tech-savvy users, who may find navigating the minefield of support pages overwhelming.
