According to iMore, Facebook Messenger for iOS has a variety of incremental updates coming in the near future. One of these features is called ” Facebook Blast” and lets you send a single message to many individual friends at one time. This is useful for if you need to send a message to multiple recipients but don’t want to start a conversation that includes them all.
NBA Game Time
Our readers may or may not be aware, but the NBA playoffs begin this Sunday. In turn, the NBA Game Time app has appropriately been updated to “feature a live updating Playoffs bracket and [other] new content.”
Google plans to launch its own dedicated messaging app later this year called Babel. As reported today by 9to5Mac, the app is assumed to launch not only on Android but on iOS as well. This news comes from text hints hidden within Gmail’s HTML code.
In March, Twitter notified us that it will be shuttering TweetDeck for iPhone, TweetDeck for Android, and TweetDeck AIR. Today, they have updated that blog post to say that this change will be taking place on May 7th. Twitter is also dropping Facebook support for the remaining versions of TweetDeck.
Vertical jumping game The Incident has been a hit on the App Store. Its creators have announced that they are about to release a new creation dubbed Space Age. The creators wrote on Touch Arcade that it is a “mash-up between a real-time strategy, an adventure game and a stealth action game.”
