Remember the fastest texting World Record video that Samsung released, to advertise the Swype keyboard on the Omnia II? Well, there has been a cat and mouse game between phone users trying to shave seconds off each others time typing the following phrase:
“The razor-toothed piranhas of the genera Serrasalmus and Pygocentrus are the most ferocious freshwater fish in the world. In reality they seldom attack a human.”.
The original record using the Omnia was 35.54 seconds, then a woman did it in 25.94 seconds on a Galaxy S also running Swype, and now, an iPhone 4 user has unofficially broken the record in 22 seconds. That’s crazy! Touch Fans, now it’s your turn to do even better. Let us know how long (or short!) it takes you in the comments.
