Petition to Make Unlocking Legal Again Passes 100,000 Signatures

Unlock Petition

A quick follow-up this morning to note that the petition to make unlocking cell phones in the United States legal again has passed 100,000 signatures, which means that the United States government is now required to issue a formal response.

While the petition had slow to collect signatures in its early goings, it received widespread attention over the last few days from both YourAnonNews and Reddit. The final push to gain 10,000 signatures has now been achieved, so now we wait on the U.S. White House.
