Apple’s iOS 6.1.2 was released earlier today, packed with a fix to a critical Microsoft Exchange bug. If you aren’t an enterprise user, my advice is that there’s not really any reason to upgrade. However, if you do decide that you must always be up-to-date, rest assured that an update to evasi0n to support said software will be available later today.
We will release evasi0n 1.4 later today that marks iOS 6.1.2 as supported.

Evad3rs member Yiduo David Wang, also known as “planetbeing” in the jailbreak community, has confirmed on Twitter this afternoon that evasi0n will indeed be compatible with the latest release of iOS. When it is released, you can obtain evasi0n 1.4 on evasi0n.com.
When iOS 6.1.1 was (relatively) quickly released following the availability of evasi0n, there was much speculation that Apple surely filled whatever holes the evad3rs had exploited. That was not the case, however, and it seems that Apple has also opted not to fill any of evasi0n’s holes with the release of 6.1.2 either.
