You are probably familiar with the pull to refresh gesture because of apps like Twitter, Facebook, YouTube and Mail on your device, but Apple has yet to implement the feature into the default Safari browser for iPhone, iPad and iPod touch.
Thankfully, jailbroken users have been able to install the “Pull to Refresh Safari” tweak from Cydia to enable the functionality since iOS 4. Although the pulldown animation does not match the default one that Apple uses, this tweak still serves a very useful purpose.
If you have a freshly jailbroken iPhone, iPad or iPod touch running iOS 6 or later, “Pull to Refresh Safari” now supports your device and is available as a free download under the BigBoss repository. What do you think of this minor tweak enhancement?
