We saw hints posted by MuscleNerd earlier today suggesting that Sunday very well could be funday. But tonight, @planetbeing himself has confirmed all of our speculation and has said the jailbreak is indeed planned to be publicly available within the week.
That said, he also leaves room for potential problems saying that it could be “sooner or later than that.” Thankfully, the wait is almost over and whether Sunday is funday or next Sunday is funday, it’s great to see that the jailbreak will soon be making its triumphant return.
@planetbeing also confirmed earlier this afternoon that the team has successfully tested the entire jailbreak process in a command line. It’s only a matter of working out the bugs and turning the process into a presentable, polished, user-friendly application.
Got to the point where we’ve tested the entire JB process in a PoC command-line program end-to-end. Now to work on polishing the process.
