Check Out These Polaroid Android Tablets

What’s that? Polaroid is releasing a couple tablets? Android tablets? You heard, right folks. Polaroid, a name typically synonymous with digital cameras and vintage instant-prints, has announced their budget “M7″ and “M10″ tablet offerings. Unsurprisingly, they intend to compete with Google’s own Nexus 7 and 10, respectively.

There are a few things that both tablets have in common: both devices have a 1280 x 800-pixel IPS display, a 2-megapixel front-facing camera, a microSD slot, and Android 4.1 Jelly Bean. That said, the 7-incher has 8GB of flash storage and a dual-core processor, while the 10-inch model has 16 GB of storage and a quad-core processor.

Pricing wise, the tablets are fairly attractive. The cheaper model, while somewhat under-powered, is only going to cost you $129. The double-the-storage, larger screen model is going to come in at $229. Both tablets are scheduled for “this spring.”

Would either of these tablets interest you?
