73 Percent of iPhone Users are “Very Satisfied” With AT&T

A survey by Yankee Group reports that 73 percent of iPhone users are more than happy with AT&T’s service. This is relatively high, compared to the 69% average across other carriers, and 68% for AT&T as a whole.

CNN points out that users may be experiencing a placebo effect from using Apple’s smartphone, so it would be interesting to see the numbers comparing happiness for smartphone users versus dumbphone users on other networks.

AT&T is constantly bashed for it’s allegedly bad network, but maybe people are just jumping onto the bandwagon.

So iPhone users, is AT&T’s network… actually good? Or is it just the iPhone effect?
